SALES SUPERSTARS: Kozio has an immediate opening for an Sales Manager to work in Longmont, Colorado
Bring your sales experience to a rapidly growing technology business that is delivering an innovative test and diagnostic product to the electronics industry. We are looking for the right person to join our team and help grow sales from cold call to close with energy and enthusiasm for the Kozio products. Position reports to the Director of Sales.
KOZIO is a small company with rapid growth plans that will be driven by our ability to penetrate the large market of embedded system design and manufacturing. Our business is growing, because we offer a more efficient process, with better test coverage for processor-based board development and test. Our customers, including many blue-chip companies, are completing projects in record time and delivering highly reliable products into the hands of their customers.
Sales at Kozio:
The Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, building customer relationships, selling the value proposition of the company’s products and services and managing the sales process. Basic sales skills are required including at least one year of related sales experience and knowledge of basic electronic technology. The Sales Manager must be able to manage the sales pipeline, close opportunities and help develop a plan to achieve assigned quota.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager must be able to manage their sales pipeline, close opportunities and help develop a plan to achieve assigned quota.
The position is responsible for growing sales by penetrating targeted accounts and nurturing qualified leads to close. Technical support is provided however, you should be comfortable having a technical discussion with engineers and a business discussion with the engineering manager and executive.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- A technical sales professional that has delivered in the past - and can prove it.
- Excellent phone skills with a focus on matters that require persistence, resourcefulness and tact
- Previous background should include knowledge of electronics nomenclature as well as demonstrated ability to deal with engineers.
