Kozio, Inc. Relocates

Longmont-based developer of embedded systems software moves to CTEK facility

June 17, 2004, Longmont, Colo. – Kozio, Inc., a Longmont-based developer of embedded systems software, has relocated. The company's new offices are in the CTEK Longmont facility at 2400 Trade Centre Avenue, Longmont.

Company President Joseph Skazinski notes that while Kozio is not a CTEK client, the move makes sense because of the atmosphere and opportunities the facility offers.

"We feel comfortable and energized surrounded by other entrepreneurs working to build their start-up and early-stage companies. The supportive atmosphere, and the chance to network on a daily basis with others who are also devoted to innovation and faced with similar challenges, creates a very positive community," says Skazinski.

Kozio recently finalized two new products that will be introduced as counterparts to the company's initial product, Kozio kDiagnosticsTM, a fully functional, expandable embedded diagnostics application for validating hardware designs on all major processors, including Intel® XScale® and PowerPCTM.

Kozio is also working to formalize and expand relationships with major customers as well as partners, including ADI Engineering, Intel and IBM.
