Kozio Secures Series A Funding

Plans include expansion of Marketing and Engineering
to address a rapidly growing market

Longmont, CO, May 21, 2009Kozio®, Inc. (www.kozio.com), the world's leading provider of embedded in-system diagnostics and functional test software, announced today that the company has closed an oversubscribed round of Series A financing, led by Boulder, Colorado-based Boulder Angels.

The company has previously raised private funds for startup expenses and continues to expand, funding its growth through successful sales of its solutions to over 50 customers, many of whom are Fortune 500 companies increasing their use of Kozio software through repeat orders.

The Series A funding will allow the company to dramatically broaden the availability of the unique benefits of its products: kDiagnostics®, ValidationAssistant™, SequenceRunner™, SequenceReporter™ and kPOST™ along with adding support for an expanded family of embedded processors.
