Kozio provides a full range of professional services, helping our customer's product development teams address all levels of hardware diagnostic challenges.

Our proven in-system diagnostics are delivered ready-to-run, personalized to your hardware system. With an interactive interpreter and powerful scripting environment built in, you can configure and customize an enhanced solution to meet your changing needs. You can also extend the core test library primitives and build new binary images, as well as develop additional board-level or system-level tests with the Design Suite Pro option.

If you prefer to outsource this activity, Kozio's team of resident embedded experts can add additional test capabilities through our professional services. We offer a wide range of services, from developing support for new integrated circuits you wish to design into your board, to complete test environment development.

We include one hour of training with each purchase of kDiagnostics, to support integration with your custom hardware.

We also include technical support hours, both phone and online, with our products, enabling customers to become productive immediately with their personalized kDiagnostics software. We pride ourselves on our fast response times.

We are able to assist in the debugging of any hardware issues remotely.

Kozio's expert technical support comes from embedded engineers that are deeply knowledgeable and very experienced with the processor, busses, peripheral and techniques you've used on your custom hardware.
